What makes your life green? Stories and videos from creative people are a great way to help inspire both individuals and communities to lead greener lives. This is exactly what the not-for-profit public service Do The Green Thing are all about - and they have a new competition you might like to get involved in.

We love using up everything and wasting nothing. So we’ve picked out four brilliant new inventions that do exactly this and are ingenious, imaginative, resourceful and creative ways to lead a greener life. Vote for your favourite and we’ll create a Green Thing marketing campaign to help the winning sustainable start-up on its way to low-carbon world domination.
