Feeling crafty? Then take a big breath and dive in to the 2010 Melbourne Stitches and Craft Show where a unique mix of contemporary and traditional creativity awaits. Makedo is proud to present the makedo making hub at this year’s event, which runs from May 5th - 9th at Melbourne’s Caulfield Race Course.

For the very first time, visitors to the Show will be inspired to use their playful creativity to make design objects, kids costumes, play objects, furniture pieces, decorations for the home – just about anything you can think of – from materials commonly found around the house and makedo’s connector system.
The makedo making hub will hold three free daily workshops where adults and children can make their very own makedo masterpiece. Crafty construction skills are put to the test with a chance to win a prize for the best creation in the daily makedo challenge.
Stitches and Craft Show dates:
Melbourne 05 – 09 May
Sydney 18 – 22 August
Brisbane 16 – 19 November
Makedo workshop times:
10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm daily.
Head to the Stitches and Craft Show for further details about exhibitors, activities, and more.

Hello! I was an exhibitor in the Incubator, but my husband and small son loved making their egg carton robot at your stand on Sunday. Thanks for providing such a creative outlet! Nic
Thanks Nic, great to hear that there was fun to be had for young and old. Playful creativity bringing people together...
