The last weekend in September is shaping up to be an exciting time for creative types who happen to be in New York City. In a place where innovation and ingenuity take centre stage, there will be two major events at which you’ll have a unique opportunity to see makedo in action.

The first is happening as a part of the Dumbo Arts Festival.
MAKEDO, An Imaginative Craft Event will be hosted by the PowerHouse Arena on Saturday, September 25 from 3–5 PM.
Located in the extraordinary space that is home to specialty creative publisher Powerhouse Books, this session is promising to be a highlight on the festival calendar.

For seasoned makers and indeed for those new on the scene, the spectacle of Maker Faire’s huge NY event is ever the dream destination. Spreading its way inside and out of the New York Hall of Science in Queens, this hub of creativity showcases everything from the technical finesse of the latest DIY robotics to crafty recycling and playful children’s activities.
Makedo will be featured in the exhibitor’s hall; keep an eye out for some fantastic new creations.
See what all the excitement is about and find out how you can get involved:
